☕️ French Press Espresso Dispatch #02
Over-Caffeinated Chaos & The French Press Lesson
Today’s Curveball:
Swung by Cocoa Cinnamon and picked up a gorgeous Amuletto latte (half and half, obviously). Cozy, comforting, and unexpectedly educational.
Brew Report:

☕ Lightweight
☕ Bright
☕ Approachable
What Surprised Me:
I asked the baristas if they had any tips for using a French press to make lattes. One casually dropped this gem: French press coffee actually carries more caffeine than a standard espresso shot. Why? It’s more concentrated. Unfiltered. Direct.
Tomorrow’s Move:
Try the same brew—without doubling the beans. Let’s see how it hits when I dial it back.
{improbable.} Parallel:
I’m taking a couple of days to reorganize and recalibrate—both personally and for {improbable.}. If I keep pressing too hard without filtering and resetting, everything (and everyone) gets overcaffeinated. I'm pausing on partner-specific work to get my internal systems in check–because if I can’t hold it, I can’t support it.
